I assisted "flippers" with the acquisition, construction process, and the resale of their investment property. In 2011, I also started to flip my own. During this time I became proficient in construction management for rehabs and new builds.
These days I find myself assisting buyers and sellers alike. My construction knowledge has been extremely beneficial to my clients. I also manage 12 mid-term rental properties/units and recently have been remodeling manufactured homes "in parks."
